Job Description

As a Library Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a customer base of schools and public libraries in your assigned territory. You will use your education, sales, and/or entrepreneurial experience to represent Garrett Book Company in all aspects of the territory. This is an independent contractor position that can be full-time or part-time, depending on your preference.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have a strong ability to work with and relate to customers in the library industry. You should also have basic computer skills, the ability to prospect, reliable transportation, and excellent people skills. Retired teachers and librarians without prior sales experience are encouraged to apply.
